I contacted Rebekah at The Jacque Pirtle Insurance Agency for my home and auto insurance. Not only was she able to get me insurance quick, but it is for a lot better coverage and it costs less than I had before. I have been a very happy customer due to her expertise and willingness to help in every insurance need or question I have. Brianna did a wonderful job of helping me through buying my first homeowners insurance policy. She was kind and patient and didn’t mind me asking her many, many, many questions to make sure I was covering my bases. Nationwide is really on your side. I am a disabled retired senior citizen on a fixed income and was in need of a cheaper insurance policy. They found one with Progressive that really fits my budget. I have been with Nationwide for about 15years give or take and they have been good to me. They are now my under writer so I will still have contact with them. I am such a happy customer I can hardly contain myself. So to Nationwide I say "Thank You For Everything You Are The Best. Thank You To Tiffany For All Her Help.

Ashley from Jacque Pirtle's Insurance Agency has been amazing! I've been with several different insurance companies over the years, but I have never had such a positive experience. Everything is quickly done, and you are well informed. I don't ever leave reviews unless I'm extremely satisfied with the service, and this is an agency I would definitely recommend.

Tiffany Riggins helped us with renters insurance very efficiently and very quickly very late in the day. We contacted her right before closing (we had forgotten) and yet she got it all done and sent us the declaration page. She was friendly, knowledgable, and kind, and we are so happy we got a hold of her. Excellent service!

Unfortunately, we had to leave Nationwide because prices went up so much. We had been trying to cancel our policy for well over a month, with no luck and bad attitude from some of their employees. Today Tiffany took the time to get it done for us. She was a pleasure to deal with, and if we ever return to Nationwide it'll be because of her, and only her.
